I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. When I read the 5 star reviews for Ranger World I was a bit sceptical, because surely no company could get that many 5 star reviews? But they really are as good as everyone says. They treated me like a princess from start to finish, and continue to do so after the sale has been concluded. They could not do enough for me, their service far exceeds any other dealership I've been to, and I had as much fun buying my car as I have driving it. No pushy sales techniques, just warmth, honesty and integrity from start to finish. 10/10 for these guys.

I won't have enough space to praise these guys enough. After sadly losing my dad 9 months after he bought a car from them, these chaps offered to resell the vehicle and remove all the stress from my mum which they have now done. Their premises are something else and their exemplary customer service and kindness has meant so much to us at a difficult time. They did have some mechanical issues with the car after buying it, but they were all resolved under warranty with communication throughout. Probably the nicest, most relaxing car buying experience I've ever had.
Dave, Paul and Harry were professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I received the best service possible.
Being 3 hours away we spoke on the phone at length about an Audi I was interested in, gave me all the information I needed, took a fully refundable holding deposit to secure the car.
On the day of collection I took the train to Kettering and Dave sent a driver to collect me from the station.
After spending some time talking through the car Harry took me on a relaxing test drive to make sure I was happy with the car. Even at that point if I wasn't, I could've taken my deposit back.
All vehicles are in top A1 condition.
(Extra plus points for the upgraded 6 month warranty as standard)

Wow! What a service, from start to finish, I couldn't recommend more!!! If you're in the market for a Ford Ranger (multiple models) within the UK, this is the company for you.

Having never before owned a 4x4 pick up, it's quite a leap of faith to go from a standard road vehicle"¦to owning a little monster on the roads, but after having reached out to Ranger World my wife and I instantly felt like we were buying into more than just a vehicle.
Firstly sourcing the Ranger that we desired, to then offering upgrades left right and centre. With other business linked to Ranger World we could receive the Tyres, Alloys, body kit, light bar, and more"¦all from the get go, and just get the most amazing Vehicle to drive off the lot!

Customer service is superb, attentive on the phone and returning calls, receptive to customer needs and wants and literally goes the extra mile to provide the vehicle and extras that you desire.

I can 100% say that I'm fully converted into a Ford Ranger enthusiast & I will be returning to Ranger World for all future servicing, MOT's, and any upgrades needed for my Wildtrak.

Paul & Dave, who we've dealt with since first phoning, have been amazing. True gentleman, old school ethics, and have been truly here for us.

What a hidden gem! if you think that you've had good customer service at a used car centre, then try the Centurian experience, it's next level. No pushy salesmen, no second rate vehicles, just top quality stock and a team of enthusiast. The show room is an automotive collectors dream, with the process being seamless and stress free. Dave in particular needs special mention as he ensured great communication, the car was in perfect condition and handover was a seamless.

If you're a true enthusiast that admires and has passion for the Iconic American Muscle Mustang than Ranger World is the only place you should be looking.

Coming from an American that knows about proper American Muscle and the capabilities of these cars to meet Paul and Dave just felt like I was working with guys back home.. They both share and represent what these cars are all about! And know how to present any prospective buyer a good baseline to build off of.. they don't know what having a bone stock mustang means!

With these guys you're a person and not just a sale, its by appointment only which says alot and after sales is just as good if not better than the initial contact

Shout out to Max who was brave enough to come out with me. He was so relaxed and helped with all the queries I had. Best Test route ever from any car dealer, bit of dual carriageway, lanes and even some inclines which is saying something for East Anglia. Gave the car a good run and really got a great feel for it. We even had time to connect my Spotify and get some tunes on. Did not feel rushed or pressured at all and although this particular car wasn't the one I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team at rangerworld what great service. This really is an exceptional company, from the moment you step foot into the quirky reception area which is amazing you just feel so welcome, my whole journey of purchasing my first Ranger was so much more exciting then going to just a normal car show room, they have literally thought about everything and you feel special, I thought I was a perfectionist and they put me to shame! I've dealt with many dealerships in my life. These are the best (and I include main dealers) that I have ever known. Bought a car on line, nothing too much trouble and all questions answered as well film etc. At no point did I feel anything but a very valued customer.
The car was delivered - even the delivery guy was first class. The car had a small mark that no one had noticed and they just said go to a really good body shop and we'll sort it form there - and they did! You can definitely buy with confidence and trust Dave, Greg and the team. Many thanks all!

I bought my Nissan Primera in August 2008 and it has been impeccable. I thought I was stealing it at £1,595, it was incredible condition for that age and mileage. I have had it for over 12 years now and it feels like it will go on and on. I was put at ease when I went to the dealer, he offered me a test drive immediately, I was touched that he trusted me so keenly. I felt completely at ease as he explained that it was his great Aunts car, I sensed he was telling the truth and was even more determined to purchase it. He advised me to go on eBay to sell my Nissan Micra to get the best price and he was correct (£340 vs. £2,995 when I bought it). It was a difficult time as I loved my Micra and had it for almost 10 years (I get attached to my cars) and I had to replace it due to my son being in the womb and needing something bigger. We pull our caravan round the country and my wife sees this as a symbol of our marriage. Great experience overall, will easily recommend.

After looking at several other companies to buy a Ford Ranger from I decided to use Centurian. I have never brought a vehicle without viewing it first. After contacting Greg he told me what was available and at what price range. I ended up with a Wildtrak, 2019 with very low miles. Greg explained what they do at Centurian and what was on offer. Me being me was nervous of the whole "˜blind' buying process, I was sent a video of the vehicle in its original (stock) form to ease my mind. After deciding how I wanted my Ranger to look I picked the spec I wanted. The build took around 2 weeks and boy was I happy with the results! I travelled over to Centurian HQ and was shocked at this place! It is in an amazing setting, a beautiful hand over bay with lighting in what I can only describe as the best car showroom I have ever seen. It has to be seen to believe it! The truck was gleaming with all of the spec I asked for on the truck. It was gleaming!!! Greg was polite and caring during the whole process and the handover was the best I have ever had, the coffee is "˜proper' coffee, no vending machine here!! Thank you to all at Centurian, especially Greg who had to put up with me during the process..... would not hesitate to recommend. Great work!!!

I ended up not buying the car, as I took too long to make up my mind, my fault not theirs :) I dealt with Greg, who was very happy to help with all my many enquiries, I live far away so most of the selling is essentially performed via the web or phone. Took plenty of time giving me all the service information and any other things I required. Sent a few videos, again with everything I needed. Even called to advice other people were interested in the car and essentially gave me first refusal, I hadn't made up my mind though and said if someone is ready to go for it, then I can't hold them up. Quintessentially, the pinnacle of used car sales in the whole UK. There are entire prestige dealer groups who cannot match the level of expertise, presentation and client care that these guys have. You don't just come here to buy a car and leave, you come here to make friends over a beverage. I've bought many many cars, hundreds even, from all over the UK and they definitely fall into my top 3. The car was immaculately presented in every way. They use a clay bar to prepare their car for polishing, not just machine polish it like every other dealer with all the contamination on top of the paint. The leather was soft and supple and the interior was free from obnoxious cheap fragrances. Every single member of staff you encounter is friendly, helpful and courteous. The general premises where you will complete your deal are incredibly appointed with fine furniture and decor. This is a really personal car buying experience and quite frankly you'd be mad to not return. In their trade, they will encounter issues every now and then with customer's cars and as I eavesdropped into their conversation with another customer, I was reassured that this is a company who care more about your experience than how much money they can squeeze out of you. Oh my godness. The plethora of - really nice - cars that you can see here is amazing. We came here to have a nose on a couple of cars without even calling before and I have to say that the way they treated us was fantastic. Very professional, very patient and very helpful owners. A test drive offer was always on the table. They also let us on our own for a while so we had the opportunity to really talk to each other without the vendor being around. Shame I didn´t find my perfect match here but I would definitely come back.

I called Centurion and Greg answered the phone he answered all my questions, eventually I put down a deposit and flew to the nearest airport (East Midlands) and Greg picked me up, drove me to the garage where I inspected the car, I must say it's an impressive setup, we did all the paperwork and I drove home to Glasgow.

As a rule of thumb - I don't write reviews. However, on this occasion I felt I must. Paul and his team are just fantastic. Everything is professional from start to finish. Their attention to detail is unreal. Their customer service is epic and most importantly they are all decent nice people with a stack of knowledge. I have waited a week in case the wheels fell off but of course they didn't. Now i don't want to get to gooey but these guys are awesome. The service I got was second to none. If other sales based companies did only half of what these guys did then they would be killing it. The test drive at home was awesome considering I had a bad knee - the fair price for the part ex was an easy conversation - The pick up was a great experience, the clean and ceramic polish was a great touch and the talk through was superb and the motor itself is fantastic. The coffee was alright i suppose :) - to be fair even that was better than most coffee shops .... All in all in my humble opinion these guys have it nailed and I would recommend anyone to buy from them. Each and every time I have received levels of service and professionalism that I have not found elsewhere when looking for a vehicle. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Centurian and have found them to be reliable and honest car dealers, I never thought that I would use the words 'honest' and 'car dealer' in the same sentence but Paul Harding goes above and beyond to make sure he and his staff give first class customer service every time. Last month I went to see a car he had advertised on his website and got chatting to him about a different car I'd been looking for that he didn't have on his stock list, instead of talking me into buying the car I'd gone to see ( which to be fair most car dealers would have done) he told me to give him a week to see if he could find me the BMW I'd told him about before committing myself to the one sitting on his forecourt, within days he'd sourced a car to the exact specifications I had asked for, needless to say I am now the owner of my dream car. Thank you all at Centurian for all you have done for me.
